Refund policy

All products in this shop are custom printed on demand, so we do not accept returns or cancellations.

Because of this, we can only accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing an order. After this window, your item may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

However, if you need help, please message us directly and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

First, check the tracking link in your order confirmation. If it is stuck or shows delivered but you did not receive it, please message us with your order number, and we will investigate right away.
